f (x) - Carter Tutti Void

Carter Tutti Void are a cross-generational collaboration between Chris Carter and Cosey Fanni Tutti (aka Chris & Cosey / Throbbing Gristle) and Nik Colk Void (Factory Floor), who comes from a new wave of post-industrial electronic music.

They came together for the first time after being invited to Mute‘s Short Circuit Festival in 2011, playing an improvised four-song set in front of about 200 people at Camden’s Roundhouse which was recorded and then released the following year as the critically acclaimed 2012 debut collaborative album “Transverse”.

Expanding and exploring onwards from their first, spontaneous, collaboration (”Transverse”),  they recorded three improvised sessions, which they then edited. f (x) - their first studio recording - features their distinctive metallic guitar sound, distorted vocals, resounding bass lines and electro industrial rhythms. This is not for the fainthearted.
