Recorded in 1975, after having left the group Gong, Fish Rising is the first solo work of Steve Hillage, whose guitar oscillates between aquatic textures and virtuoso impulses. Note the contribution of some Gong members, who contribute to make of Fish Rising a sophisticated and representative album of the Canterbury sound.
