Having written and produced a good number of successful records for other artists - from Lee Dorsey's "Ya Ya," to Dr. John's album In the Right Place, including brass arrangements for The Band, Allen Toussaint is one of New Orleans R & B predominant figures.

The solo album, Life, Love and Faith presents Toussaint's vision in all its magnitude. Complemented with rich and textured arrangements, his music, always rooted in R & B, incorporates Funk and Soul elements.
