Lost Themes III: Alive After Death follows the remastered reissue of classic film themes for the album Anthology (2017), made with his son Cody Carpenter and godson Daniel Davies.

This new album, however, is entirely made of new material, again with the collaboration of Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies, where enigmatic and evocative sound worlds open up.

John Carpenter is one of the world's most acclaimed horror and sci-fi filmmakers, having gained notoriety with cult favourites like Halloween, The Thing, They Live and Escape from New York. Carpenter is also a talented musician and composer who has concieved all his film scores.
