Scacco Matto – Lorenzo Senni

Lorenzo Senni's first album since he joined Warp in 2016, Scacco Matto (Italian for checkmate) evoques an imaginary chess game against himself, which served as the conceptual backbone of the album's creative process.

Scacco Matto is a rich and melodic work of bold conception; minimalist, pointillist, pictorial and wildly imaginative.
