Superfuzz Bigmuff which evokes two effects pedals (Univox Super Fuzz and Electro-Harmonix Big Muff) represents one of the cornerstones of the Seattle grunge scene.

Released in 1988 on the Sub Pop label, Superfuzz Bigmuff contains all aspects of the genre; Mudhoney’s music is both dirty, malicious, humorous and hard.

Quoted by Kurt Cobain as one of his influences, Superfuzz Bigmuff is an essential album of the alternative scene at the turn of the 90s.
