Uneasy (ECM - 2021) by composer and pianist Vijay Iyer, in trio format with one of the most important figures in Australian jazz, bassist Linda May Han Oh, and composer - multi-instrumentalist Tyshawn Sorey, known for his great virtuosity and extraordinary ability to blend composition and improvisation.

For Iyer, this is his seventh album as a leader for the ECM label, and without a doubt, one of the best ECM releases in recent months.

Uneasy is an extraordinarily creative modern jazz album that combines traditions with a very contemporary understanding of harmony between composition, improvisation, and interaction between musicians of great talent.
