Defeat (Rune Grammofon - 2021) is the seventh album for the trio Fire! since 2009.  

Fire! is the basic trio of Mats Gustafsson (sax - flute), Johan Berthling (bass) and Andreas Werlin (drums). For Defeat, the basic trio becomes a quintet with the contributions of two horn players, Goran Kajfes (trumpet) and Mats Äleklint (trombone - saxophone).
